Agent Booking Terms Summary

General Terms of Engagement:
AGENCY FEE
ModelsUnlimited Agent Services has the following Fee Categories
- 20% agency fee on top of all bookings, uses and reuses.
- 3% late charge per month if not paid within 30 days of invoice.
- $35 Membership Processing Fee per month for Registered Agents which is separate and in addition to any and all Booking Fees when they occur for the specific month.
BOOKINGS
When a Booking is Consumated, you are required to provide complete billing information at time of booking; advise
of extraordinary conditions or requirements; and provide adequate dressing facilities.
- The Agents Facility will check for conflicts in schedule with other Agent reservations for the Talent, and reserve the time if possible for you
- Two hour minimum on all bookings, or full day booking, 6 consecutive hours between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
- Before 9 a.m., after 6 p.m., and / or after 6 consecutive hours time will be billed at time and one-half.
- In the event a booking exceeds the agreed upon time, overtime is billed in 15 minute increments.
- Length of time must be stated at time of booking.
- Full time booked must be paid, whether it is used entirely or not.
PRODUCT BOOKINGS
- Models' image and / or name may not be used for product packages, point-of-purchase cards, posters, hang tags, or any display material, package inserts, etc. without specific clearance.
TRAVEL TIME
When the Talent can not be located locally, or a Talent which must Travel is preferred:
- Long distance travel must be negotiated prior to booking. Client to pay all costs of transportation, accommdations, meals and per diems.
TENTATIVE BOOKINGS
The Agent Facility has the ability to Post a 'Tentative Booking' for a period until confirmed or canceled. The Talent does not have this option
- As an Agent, if you do not release or confirm tentative bookings within 48 hours, the Agent Facility will cancel the Tenative Booking and allow secondary bookings to take precedence.
CANCELLATIONS
The Agent Facility has the ability Cancel Confirmed Bookings. In fairness to the Talent, when you as Agent need to cancel the engagement, are to regard the following Cancellation Policies
- Confirmed bookings subject to a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation 14 days or more prior to shoot - no fee.
- Cancellation under 14 days before shoot - 50% fee.
- Cancellation day of shoot - 100% fee.
In fairness to you, the Agent, The Talent may only Cancel with a 24 Hour notice if due to persoanl health reasons, family deaths, and / or reasons by an act of God. If the Talent does a No-Show outside of these guidelines:
- Models Network Unlimited will waive its fee on the next enagagment
- The TAlent with the No Show will be removed as Regsistered Talent at Models Network Unlimited.
WEATHER PERMIT
- Cancellation for weather-related reasons must be called in at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time.
- The rescheduled booking must take place within a two week period, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
